SimCity (2013) City Buildings: Education Reference Guide

City Buildings - Education Reference Guide

The benefits of education in a city cannot be ignored, as it is something that medium- and high-wealth residents will demand to stay happy. Educated Sims don't usually become criminals, don't cause as many fires, recycle more, consume less power and water, and just don't pollute than their uneducated counterparts. Many high-tech buildings also require skilled workers to run properly (and to run in the first place).

Eventually, if you stay the course and build the University, you will gain access to nifty bonuses and powerful utility buildings. You'll need to make sure that you have enough bus stops and mass transit stops to ensure strong traffic flow and high student enrollment.
