The first beta test for Gears 5 went live last week and allowed players to hop onto tech test servers and try their hand at the newest game in the Gears franchise. The first testing period got off to a bit of a rough start with long wait times and server issues, but the majority of those who got to play liked what they saw. For the reason, the developers at The Coalition have decided to give Xbox players another shot at the tech test. The Gears 5 Xbox beta test will be a second chance for players to get a look at Gears 5 before it releases this September.
