I don't need to tell you that Square Enix is bringing a ton of games to PAX Prime at the end of this week. Well, I do. It's my job. So here I am telling you. Listen up.
Dead Island and Deux Ex: Human Revolution will most likely take top billing at Square's booth this year, with both games lined up for release within the next month. Take Deep Silver's zombie-slashing action title for a spin ahead of its September 6th release date or hop into 2027 with Adam Jensen in Eidos Montreal's massive DXHR. You might want to stop by their community premiere event while you're at it.
No Square booth would be complete without belts, zippers, and a Final Fantasy game. Final Fantasy XIII-2 will be on hand so gamers can help Serah and Noel search for Lightning and… look… all emo.
Heroes of Ruin will light up the 3DS stations in Square's, booth giving gamers a chance to check out the social adventure game while Wakfu is going to give visitors 14 different classes to choose from in the MMORPG's latest demo build.
Check your panel schedules as well, folks. We've booked an appointment to see a new game from the creative mind behind Portal and Left 4 Dead. While we'll be bringing you the inside scoop, if you're at the show and want to find out what Kim Swift has been up to since leaving Valve, I suggest you stop by the panel on Saturday, August 27th, at 7:00 PM in the Pegasus Room.
Not enough? That Deus Ex premiere community event will be happening on August 26th, from 7:00 to 10:00 PM, and involve free food and drink and some awesome swag. Ain't no party like a mechanically-augmented party, so get that space open in your schedule.
