Disney Announces New Free-To-Play Game, Star Wars: Attack Squadrons

Well, it didn't take Disney long to figure out what kind of games fans of its new brand want. The company giant announced Star Wars: Attack Squadron, a free-to-play PC game that features space fights while piloting TIE Fighters and X-Wings. If you're interested in joining the closed beta, the game's website has info on how to try to squeeze in.

Players will own their own ships that they can customize and upgrade. Players can unlock new items to improve their ships by winning matches.

Attack Squadron has three different match types: a 16-player free-for-all, a team-dogfight match that pits eight versus eight, and an objective match where teams trade attacking and defending a base.

Check out their official trailer below. If you're a Star Wars fan, you may need a napkin for the drool.
