Henry Cavill's favorite game Total War Warhammer 2

Henry Cavill’s favorite game is Total War: Warhammer 2

Henry Cavill is an accomplished actor, especially in the realm of action cinema. Superman, a Mission Impossible movie, and, of course, The Witcher Netflix series make him well known in the geekier sphere of the Internet, but you may be surprised to hear that Henry Cavill’s favorite game is Total War: Warhammer 2. No, really.

Speaking to British GQ, Mr. Cavill stated that he’s already played through it six different times, once for each race, and racked up hundreds of hours of gameplay so far.

“At home, I get to sit playing games for ridiculous amounts of hours and escape there, because going outside has the opposite effect,” Mr. Cavill said.

Of course, that’s not the only game that he’s played. As he has taken on the iconic role of Geralt of Rivia for The Witcher Netflix series, Mr. Cavill has also played The Witcher 3 multiple times, including on its hardest difficulty. Adding to that, the earlier portion of his life was spent playing classic shooters like Half-Life and Delta Force, something that should give him major street cred with the gamer crowd.

So yeah, Henry Cavill’s favorite game is Total War: Warhammer 2 and he seems like a pretty cool dude. If only he didn’t main Symmetra.
