Tell GR: Are You Interested in the SNES Classic Edition?

It was bound to happen. Even then, we’re surprised it’s been announced sooner rather than later.

The SNES Classic Edition is real, and it’s coming on September 29th. Nintendo revealed its existence this morning via a Twitter post that has quickly become the primary topic of discussion among gamers.

The SNES Classic Edition will include a mini console, two controllers, 21 games that include Super Mario Kart, Earthbound, and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, as well as HDMI output for HD display.

We’ve spoken at great length about the original NES Classic and how Nintendo didn’t handle its launch very well. Despite this, we couldn’t help but want one.

Are you going to try and buy the SNES Classic Edition? If so, are you planning to keep or resell it? Let us know in the comments below.
