Xbox One Designer Leaves Microsoft

Boyd Multerer, the Director of Development at Xbox and founder of Xbox Live, has announced he is leaving the company and moving on to new pursuits.

In a post on Twitter, Multerer explained:

When asked by a fan if his departure had something to do with the current leadership at Xbox, he replied by saying, "Nothing is perfect, but Xbox Leadership is fine. On the other hand, I’m complicated. I think that is good?"

Things have been changing quite a bit over at Microsoft these past several months. Hopefully Multerer's departure proves to ultimately be for the best for both parties, as Phil Spencer and the rest of the team at Xbox seek to make Xbox One a solid platform for gamers.
