Sony Celebrates 20 Years of PlayStation With New Video, Event Next Month

Sony's PlayStation platform turns twenty and Sony Japan has released new video collecting games and fans from throughout the hardware's lifespan.

It's hard to believe PlayStation has been around this long, but we're certainly looking forward to the next 5-10 years of gaming on PlayStation 4. The company's next-generation hardware took off to a riotous start last Fall, though Xbox One seems to have a stronger software lineup in 2014.

With a party for PlayStation in the works, we're dying to find out what's next for the platform. Stick with GameRevolution for more coverage through 2014 and beyond.
