Players can still get Jirachi in Pokemon Go in 2023. It is a Mythical Wishmaker Pokemon that can be obtained through a Special Research quest. However, Jirachi is only available to players who complete the A Thousand-Year Slumber Special Research Quest first.
How to get Jirachi in Pokemon Go
You can still get Jirachi in Pokemon Go in 2023. It initially became available at the start of Pokemon Go Fest in June 2019. Later in August 2019 it became globally available to all players through the A Thousand-Year Slumber Special Research Quest.
To get Jirachi in Pokemon Go, you must complete the Investigate A Thousand-Year Slumber Special Research Quest. This quest is available to all players, regardless of whether or not they attended Go Fest 2019.
How to unlock A Thousand-Year Slumber quest
The Investigate A Thousand-Year Slumber quest is a special research quest in Pokemon Go that allows players to catch the Mythical Wishmaker Pokemon Jirachi. To unlock this quest, you must have completed part 6 of A Ripple in Time – the second series of global Special Research tasks. It’s available permanently so you can finish it whenever you can.
