Spiderman 2 JJJ Podcast Danikast Replay Play Back

Spiderman 2 JJJ Podcast: Can You Replay Danikast or JJJ Commentary?

The Spiderman 2 JJJ podcast and the Danikast provide solid commentary on how New Yorkers feel about what’s happening in the city and with our pair of web-slinging heroes throughout the game. J. Jonah Jameson still dislikes Spider-Man to a fault of course, but his rantings are entertaining at least. But sadly both their podcasts can easily be interrupted when you swing into a crime report or another side activity. In prior games in the Spider-Man series, you could replay these podcasts so that you not only finish them, but also hear them over again. Here’s whether you can play back the JJJ podcast and Danikast in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PS5.

Can you replay the Spiderman 2 JJJ Podcast or Danikast?

No, there is no way to replay the JJJ Podcast or Danikast in Spiderman 2 at least at launch.

This is surprising because being able to play back each of these podcasts was as simple as going to the Collections tab and selecting the one you wanted to listen back. However, this quality-of-life feature has strangely been taken out. The only way to hear them again is to go back to a prior save and reach a point that triggers the podcasts to play, or by searching the web for a video compilation of them all. At the very least, both the JJJ Podcast and Danikast should continue playing after you’re done with the activity, like other phone calls that happen during the game.

This isn’t the only feature that has been taken out either. The social media feature that allowed you to see how regular people thought about the events happening in the city has been removed.

We hope that these omissions are just a matter of Insomniac Games not having enough time to put them in the game by launch. Making a collections section for the podcasts shouldn’t be too difficult to add given they were there in past games, and the developer already has several patches on the way that could address this soon or before the year is over.
