The Royal Match Super Light Ball, otherwise known as the Super Disco Ball, is one of the best power-ups in the game for iPhone and Android. But it can be confusing how to get it. The Super Light Ball is an upgrade of the regular Light Ball and allows players to get rid of all gems of not just one color but two colors. But new players will not have access to the Super Light Ball until they reach a particular level. Here’s how to get the Super Light Ball power-up in Royal Match.
How to get Royal Match super light ball
To get the Royal Match super light ball, you need to satisfy the following requirements:
- Reach level 292 in the game
- Defeat 10 levels or rounds, which will toggle on the Super Light Ball
- Activate the Super Light Ball as you earn a regular Light Ball by matching five gems together
The Super Light Ball is a volatile item, though, as it will go away if you fail to complete a level while you have the power-up active. This will reset the bar for the Super Light Ball, and you’ll need to complete 10 levels or rounds once again (step 2) to use the item again.
That said, you’ll have to be quite unlucky not to complete a level while you have the Super Light Ball available. That is, unless you’re unable to get a five-gem match in the first place. If you’re able to activate this power-up, you’ll usually get a lot of combos, so that you can get the required amount of target gems to complete the level.
If you find that you might lose the benefit of the Super Light Ball near the end of the level, we recommend using any of the other power-ups to retain the item for as long as possible. That said, it’s not necessary to have the Super Light Ball, so you may want to keep your power-ups for more difficult levels instead.
