Diablo 4 The Swamp's Protection Bug Glitch Find the Bandit Camp

Diablo 4 The Swamp’s Protection Bug Fix: How to Complete “Find The Bandit Camp” Quest

A Diablo 4 The Swamp’s Protection bug is frustrating players trying to finish the “Find the Bandit Camp” objective. In this questline, the player is meant to locate a particular camp, located in Exiles’ Heap that is somewhat close to the first objective of the side quest where Raldin is located. However, upon finding the bandit camp, it’s empty. There are several objects that you can interact with for some expositions, but without any enemies spawning, it’s impossible to complete the quest. Fortunately, multiple users have experienced this glitch and there are some fixes and solutions you can try to make the bandits appear.

How to fix Diablo 4 The Swamp’s Protection bug with bandit camp glitch

Here are some ways to fix the Diablo 4 The Swamp’s Protection bug and clear the “find the bandit camp” objective:

  • Complete a different quest – You can try picking a different side quest or main mission to complete first. After finishing it, you can head back to this bandit camp and there’s a chance that this will reset the quest enough that the enemies will finally appear.
  • Finish a dungeon – Similar to the previous solution, you can also find a nearby dungeon and complete it all the way through. Doing so may make the bandits spawn in the camp.

While a common solution to many Diablo 4 bugs is to leave the game and log back in, users on the official Blizzard forums who have tried this possible workaround have not had much success with it. There is a small chance that relogging might work if you wait for about five to ten minutes before leaving the game.

Sadly, there are numerous glitches in the game that are preventing progress through multiple quests and dungeons. We hope Blizzard is able to provide a patch or a hotfix that will solve this particular bug, but it’s a relatively minor problem compared to more severe glitches in the main campaign and the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon.
