Watch Dogs PC Graphics Upgraded in Latest Mod Update

Modder Frederico "TheWorse" Rojas created a mod for the PC release of Watch Dogs that brought that version's graphics closer to what was expected by the community of Steam users and PC gamers at launch, but a new update promises further enhancements.

Specifically, this update offers upgrades to dynamic lighting, shadows, depth of field and more, though these changes will require added power from your computer hardware.

"I did my best to improve graphics and performance as much as I could without degrading the quality," TheWorse explained. This 1.0 version tweaks the graphics to attain a happy medium between looks and performance, though you'll probably want to make your own changes and tweaks in the modding process.

While I still think that the game's story needed a lot of work and a bit more originality, Watch Dogs will still prove one of the more exciting games you could play this summer, especially on PS4 and Xbox One.
