Komi Can't Communicate Season 2 Episode 1 Release Date Time Netflix

Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 Episode 1 Release Date and Time on Netflix

Fans wanting to know the Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 Episode 1 release date and time are in luck. Unlike some of its other anime series, Netflix is airing this one regularly. Unfortunately, like with the first season, Netflix isn’t simulcasting them.

When will Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 Episode 1 release on Netflix?

Komi Can’t Communicate Season 2 Episode 1’s release date on Netflix is April 27, 2022. The release time hasn’t been officially announced, but midnight PST is when episodes hit the service in the first season.

The series already debuted in Japan on April 7. Unfortunately, it looks like Netflix will be three weeks behind the Japanese airing. There were only two weeks between an episode releasing in Japan and launching on Netflix. With such a big gap, many fans are already finding alternative methods to watch the series. Of course, this is far from the first time Netflix has fumbled an anime series. We’re still waiting for the second batch of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean episodes to be released, and it’s been amazing seeing just how badly Netflix has killed the hype for such a hugely popular series.

So, needless to say, don’t expect Komi Can’t Communicate to get a simulcast in season 2 or any subsequent season. Netflix doesn’t know how to market anime and rarely promotes it as prominently as its Western content. So it’s not surprising that despite the popularity of Komi Can’t Communicate that Netflix didn’t ensure it had the ability to simuldub the second season.

Release dates for further episodes in the second season haven’t been revealed. We’ll assume that there’ll continue to be a three-week gap between them, and we’ll likely see episode two premiere on April 28. Again, this is the best-case scenario. It’s a Netflix distributed anime, so expect weird gaps in releases with little or no explanation.
