Elden Ring Re-Enter Character Creator after Starting

Elden Ring: Change Your Character’s Appearance Without Starting Over: How to Re-Enter the Character Creator

The character creation in Elden Ring is fairly good, but with a game this long, players might get tired of how their tarnished looks at some point. As such, many are wondering if it’s possible to get back into the character creator after starting the game. Players who want a whole new look without the pain of starting the game over should read on below.

Can you get back into the character creator after starting Elden Ring?

Elden Ring Character Creator

Fortunately, players can use the character creator again after starting Elden Ring. In fact, the game gives players this ability early in a playthrough. The only problem is that it does absolutely nothing to point out how to do it.

To gain access to character creation again, players need to unlock access to the Roundtable Hold. Players need to get three Sites of Grace and meet Melina to do this. After that, players should fight Margit once (players don’t have to win), then visit a Site of Grace. At this point, Melina should appear and unlock access to the Roundtable Hold.

Inside the Roundtable Hold, players will find that one side of the room has three passageways. Take the rightmost one to find a hallway with a blacksmith. To the right of the blacksmith is an open door that leads to a room containing a woman named Fia. Inside Fia’s room is the tool players need to use to re-enter the character creator.

It’s extremely easy to miss, but the Clouded Mirror Stand in Fia’s room allows players to enter character creation and completely redo their characters. Players can change their name, body type and facial and body features just like they did when the game started.

Alternatively, players can speak to Rennala at Raya Lucaria Academy once they defeat her. She’ll allow them to enter the character creator as well.
