Disney Plus Bundle

Is the Disney Plus bundle worth buying?

If you’re a Disney fan who hasn’t yet taken the plunge and subscribed to Disney Plus, you may be wondering if now is the time. You’re in luck, as Disney has a bundle available that includes more in your subscription for a reduced fee. We’ve got the breakdown on whether it works out, and if the Disney Plus bundle is worth buying,

Should I buy the Disney Plus bundle?

Disney Plus bundle

Disney has two different bundle plans available if you’re a US customer. Whether it’s worth it entirely depends on how much you think you’d get out of it – whether you’re enough of a fan of Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar to get your money’s worth.

There are two types of Disney Plus membership: the base subscription and the Disney Plus bundle. The base subscription will cost you $7.99 a month, or $79.98 for a year. The bundle, however, is $13.99 a month with ads, or $19.99 without ads. That’s more than ten dollars a month extra if you’re on a monthly plan, which may seem steep – but there’s a lot of extra content included.

Yes, the Disney Plus bundle package comes with the base service, as well as ESPN+ and Hulu. For the extra money, you’ll get access to all of ESPN’s sports broadcasting, as well as the range of more mature material that’s on Hulu, but not Disney Plus. If you’re a fan of sports, and have adults in the family as well as Disney-oriented little ones, then you can easily get your money’s worth with the bundle.

However, if you’re only there for the raw Disney content — the likes of Pixar’s new movies and the exclusive Marvel and Star Wars shows — then the bundle might not be worth the money. It’s a lot of extra cash to spend if you don’t plan on watching ESPN+ or Hulu, so choose wisely.

In other news, the new trailer for Ghostbusters Afterlife is here – but it still doesn’t give us a glimpse at Bill Murray. We’ve also got all the details on the new skins arriving soon to Pokemon Unite.
