Are Evil Genius 2 PS4 and PS5 versions coming out?
Evil Genius 2: World Domination may come to PS4 and PS5 in the future. The game’s developer, Rebellion, states that it “[hasn’t] discounted” launching a PlayStation version. For the time being, however, the dev team is focusing on the PC build. As a result, there’s currently no Evil Genius 2 PS5 and PS4 release date.
Rebellion made the statement in its official Evil Genius 2 FAQ. The studio has achieved success with titles like Sniper Elite, Zombie Army, Strange Brigade, and more within the console space. Keeping that in mind, if Evil Genius 2 performs well on PC, there’s a very real chance that it could make the jump to PlayStation 4 and 5.
Are Evil Genius 2 Xbox One and Series X|S versions coming out?
Rebellion is open to developing Evil Genius 2 Xbox One and Series X|S ports. In response to a question on potential console versions, the developer said that it “[hasn’t] discounted anything yet.” Although future Xbox versions aren’t off the table, at the time of writing, they still haven’t been officially announced.

Is an Evil Genius 2 Nintendo Switch version coming out?
The Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite could receive a downscaled portable version of Evil Genius 2. The dev team has not yet ruled out any console platforms for potential ports in the future. If the hybrid handheld is able to run it, plus there’s a demand for the simulation title, an Evil Genius 2: World Domination Switch release date could be announced in due course.
Fans have been waiting a long time for Evil Genius 2. It took around 15 years for Rebellion to announce its upcoming sequel to the cult classic original. Hopefully, console gamers won’t have much longer to wait in order to play on their preferred platforms.
