Remothered: Broken Porcelain Room 213 Safe Code | How to get the Balcony Key

Once the player gains access to Room 213 in Remothered: Broken Porcelain, they’ll find a safe containing the Balcony Key. This item is required to progress further in the game, but the code to the safe is nowhere to be found. Fortunately, the clue needed to unlock the safe is in the same room.

Finding the Room 213 safe combo isn’t tough, but it does require some backtracking. Here’s how to find the clue needed to access the safe and get the Balcony Key in Remothered: Broken Porcelain.

How to find the Room 213 safe code in Remothered: Broken Porcelain

Remothered Broken Porcelain Safe Instructions

When players enter Room 213, they’ll get the objective to open the safe in the room. Unfortunately, at this point, there’s no clue as to what the code for the safe is, but that’s about to change.

When players examine the safe, you’ll see a set of Trusted Safe Instructions. This small piece of paper shows a number to call if owners have forgotten their safe combo (62-131) and a model number (176#).

To get into Room 213, players had to use a phone to lure Andrea into unlocking the door. Now, they must use the same phone to dial the number found on the Trusted Safe Instructions. This means returning to the Lounge Area. Players will likely have to lure Andrea away from this room again, as this is where she returns to if she’s not in search mode.

Once Andrea is off chasing shadows, players can use the phone to dial 62-131. Once the prompt is read, the code (176#) can be entered, at which point the automated line will read back a new code, 3214.

Armed with the new code, head back to Room 213 and use the dial pad on the safe. Once the combo is entered, the safe will open, and players can claim the Balcony Key.
