Is there a Gleipnir episode 14 release date?
Gleipnir episode 13 was the Season one finale, and it released on Funimation on June 28, 2020. The horror/romantic comedy anime series has proven at least somewhat popular (H/T: MyAnimeList), however, so a second Season, beginning with episode 14 should happen at some point in the future. Based on what we know about the manga source material and more, we can argue that the Gleipnir episode 14 release date should be sometime in 2022. It’s far too soon to suggest that it could happen during the 2021 anime spring schedule, anyway.
The thirteenth episode of the first Season brought us up to, roughly, events mid-way through the manga’s sixth volume. As of writing, there are eight volumes of the manga released. Unfortunately, there isn’t enough source material to create and announce a full second Season right away. You can’t make a great anime Season based on just two manga volumes. Based on this, it’s safe to say that we’ll have to wait for more manga to release before a new Season can begin. Fortunately, new manga should be in the works right now. Hopefully, volumes 9-11 should be released by the end of 2021.
We’ll have to wait and see if enough manga is released in time for a 2022 release date for episode 14. It’s fine to hope for three manga volumes to release in around 18 months, however. Hopefully, we’ll see Gleipnir episode 14 on Funimation in 2022. For now, at least, you have plenty of time to watch through the first Season.
