Pokemon Go is a game that’s meant to encourage players to get out of the house. With the release of Adventure Sync, it’s easier than ever to earn rewards simply for getting up and out into the world. As expected, these Pokemon Go Adventure Sync rewards are offered in different tiers, with walking rewards ranging from Poke Balls to a lump sum of Stardust and more. Keep reading to learn about each of the different Adventure Sync walking rewards in Pokemon Go.
Pokemon Go Adventure Sync | Walking Rewards
Walking rewards for Pokemon Go Adventure Sync are doled out every Monday. That means you have one full week to rack up the distance requirements for each of the following guaranteed rewards:
- 5 km / 3.1 miles – 20 Poke Balls
- 25 km / 15.5 miles – 10 Great Balls, 500 Stardust
- 50 km / 31.1 miles – 1,000 Stardust
- 100 km / 62.1 miles – 16,000 Stardust
It’s worth noting that the following rewards are cumulative, meaning that players who walk 100 km in a week will be rewarded with 20 Poke Balls, 10 Great Balls, and a grand total of 17,500 Stardust.

In addition to the guaranteed Pokemon Go walking rewards above, there’s also a chance to earn bonus Adventure Sync rewards. These include 3 Rare Candy or a 5 km Egg for walking 25 kilometers, and 5 Rare Candy, 5 Silver Pinap Berries, a 5 km Egg, or a 10 km Egg for walking 100 kilometers.
Of course, most of these walking rewards can be earned simply by playing the game. However, there is at least one major benefit worth keeping in mind: Since Adventure Sync tracks all of your movements, you can earn rewards without ever leaving your house. In fact, you can even earn rewards for walking on a treadmill or participating in other exercises. It’s not exactly the same as going out on an adventure, but it’s still nice to be compensated for your efforts.
The one-week window means dedicated Pokemon Go players shouldn’t have too much trouble earning Adventure Sync walking rewards simply for moving about. You don’t even need to keep the game open — just make sure you have Adventure Sync enabled and start earning bonus items simply for moving about.
