If you pre-ordered 2K’s latest wrestling game, you’ll have been rewarded with a code that allows you to download content relating to the Originals. These are four DLC packs that center around different themes and realms, and give you legendary wrestlers and other gear for buying the game ahead of release.

Now that the game is out, however, players are having trouble accessing this content. If you’ve tried and failed to download the first DLC pack, you’ll have encountered a certain message. This reads “Your content becomes active at” and is followed by an unexplained date. You don’t need us to tell you that not getting a specific date for this content, or being able to download it on launch day, is a problem.

Thankfully, we have a definitive date lined up for this first Originals pack. 2K Games has revealed that the date, which should show up as part of this message, is October 28. The whole message should read: “Your code becomes active on 10/28/2019 at 16:00 UTC. Hope to see you back here!”

That’s a bit frustrating as it’s still five days away. Even so, this isn’t a massive bug after all and your content will be with you shortly without you having to fix it yourself.
