- Ace (Silver) - Shoot down 100 enemy planes in campaign mode
- Aces High (Gold) - Reach maximum experience (255) with any pilot.
- American Campaign (Gold) - Complete both USN Campaigns
- Carrier Killer (Silver) - Sink a carrier in campaign game mode
- Cracking Good Show (Gold) - Place first in multiplayer match with at least 6 players
- Destroyer Destroyer (Silver) - Sink 5 destroyers in campaign game mode
- Good Show (Silver) - Place in top half in multiplayer match with at least 6 players
- IJN officer (Gold) - Win 5 multiplayer matches with IJN team
- Japanese Campaign (Gold) - Complete both IJN Campaigns
- Mind the Water (Silver) - Successfully land on carrier at mission's end
- Multiplayer Ace (Gold) - Perform 3 kills in row in MP
- Multiplayer Veteran (Gold) - Play 15 multiplayer matches to the end
- Platinum (Platinum) - Awarded for successfully collecting all trophies from Air Conflicts: Pacific Carriers
- Ship Sinker (Silver) - Sink 20 ships in campaign mode
- Torpedo Master (Silver) - Hit a moving ship with a torpedo
- Torpedo Wizard (Gold) - Hit a manoeuvring ship with a torpedo
- USN officer (Gold) - Win 5 multiplayer matches with USN team
