Unlockable Cheats

These are cheats that can be accessed, once unlocked, by going to the 'Chapter Select' feature once you have finished any chapter and selecting any cheats you want applied. Once applied, all stats and Rockstar Social Club accomplishment tracking is disabled.

Bullet Cam on Every Kill - Find all clues

One-Hit Kills - Complete the storyline on Hardcore with the free-aim control modifier on

Unlimited Ammo - Find all of the Golden Gun parts

Unlimited Bullet Time - Get at least a 'Gold' rating on all Score Attack arcade chapters

Unlimited Painkillers - Complete the storyline on Hard

Play the Piano

In Chapter 1, Max can play the piano in the first apartment.

In Chapters 3 and 4, there are TVs throughout the game that show special programs when turned on.

Baby Crying from Max Payne 1 Dream

In the soundtrack of Chapter 8, you can hear the baby crying from the dream sequences of Max Payne 1 in the background.
