Call of Duty Mobile pre-register live, reveal trailer teases Blackout and Zombies

Call of Duty Mobile pre-register is now live. An announcement trailer was revealed which set the stage for the upcoming mobile version of the popular Call of Duty franchise. The mobile title is a standalone version of the game, bringing together aspects from games across the series.

Call of Duty Mobile will be very much what you’d expect from a mobile version of the first-person shooter. The recognizable experience but available on iPhone and Android. The game itself, however, isn’t just a mobile version of the latest Call of Duty game, Call of Duty Black Ops 4. Call of Duty Mobile will include elements from several games, from Black Ops to Modern Warfare. Maps like Nuketown and Crash will be in the game, as well as popular modes like Frontline and Team Deathmatch.

The notable elements in the trailer are the inclusion of a handheld version of the series’ regular, Zombie mode. There seems likely to be a version of Call of Duty’s battle royale mode, Blackout, in the mobile game as well. The announcement trailer has received a positive number of Likes on YouTube, and excited fans can pre-register for the Google Play version of the game right now. Call of Duty Mobile will be coming to iOS as well, but neither the trailer nor the game’s website make it clear if there will be an option to pre-register on that platform.

Call of Duty Mobile pre-register will give players access to the latest news on the game ahead of release, and the chance to gain in-game rewards. Additionally, players will be able to take part in beta tests of the mobile game leading up to the full release. The full release date has not been revealed as of yet.

Call of Duty Mobile is already available in some regions, titled Call of Duty Legends of War. The game is published by China-based games company Tencent.
