The Division 2 Black Tusk Faction | Who are they?

The Division 2 Black Tusk faction are an elite private milita whose agenda is unknown once they surface. Organised, disciplined, and gunning for the seat of power, the Black Tusk will pose a huge threat to you and your fellow agents in the battle for Washington D.C.

The Black Tusk possess equipment that can do severe damage to you and your crew, so you’ll need to be at your level best to tackle them and see off their looming threat.

The Division 2 Black Tusk Faction | Endgame

The Division 2 Black Tusk faction won’t show their face until the final story mission is complete. Once you finish the main campaign and enter The Division 2‘s Endgame, they’ll show their ugly side.

The Black Tusk turn up in the Capitol as soon as the main game is completed, and they’ll give as good as they get in their bid to sit atop the throne in the post-apocalyptic US. These operatives will invade the entire map and take over Strongholds, and you’ll be tasked with knocking them off their perch and eradicating them from Washington D.C.

They will also prevent you from fast-traveling to Settlements within post-game World Events, turn up at locations that you had previously liberated during the main game, and occupy sections of the Dark Zone.

The Division 2 Black Tusk Faction | Post-Launch DLC

The Black Tusk threat won’t be completely eliminated before the game’s first DLC  The Outskirts  is released. You’ll be tasked with taking down elite members of this group in this first batch of post-launch content.

Your co-op skills will be a vital component of taking down the Black Tusk in the Endgame and DLC, so make sure your crew is tight-knit, know their roles, and you should have the beating of them when they show up.
