destiny 2 weekly reset

Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Time Today (November 20) – What’s Changed?

It’s Destiny 2 weekly reset time again, folks! This Tuesday, November 20, is a bit more of a lowkey affair, what with it being the final ritual refresh before the Season of the Forge rolls around, but it still comes packed with a few nice little goodies which Bungie have seen fit to bestow upon us. More on that below, as well as a look at what’s changed after the Destiny 2 weekly reset, and if you’ll be logged out…

When is the Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Time Today? (November 20)

As the winter months draw in, you’ll be pleased to know there’s an air of consistency around the Destiny 2 weekly reset time. From November until March 2019, it’s going to be the same thing every single Tuesday: 9 AM Pacific/12 PM Eastern/5 PM GMT. Perfect for those in the U.K. just clocking off work and wanting to get a headstart on the rest of the world.

What’s Changed After the Destiny 2 Weekly Reset? (November 20)

A fair amount, as always, has changed after the Destiny 2 weekly reset. The Bungie Ritual Reset guide outlines what to expect, with Crucible Challenges, Raid Challenges, Flashpoint Destinations, and more all being refreshed once the clock ticks over every Tuesday.

More importantly, for Gambit lovers, the Powerful Bounty and Weekly (who’d have guessed it?!) Challenge begin anew, so you’ll be able to get your hands on some new weaponry and armor courtesy of the weekly reset. Additionally, there’s a new Nightfall Strike for you and your Fireteam to get your teeth stuck into. Head to the bottom icon on the Director screen for more info on that.

Say goodbye to Xur, too. He’s gone now, and won’t return until November 23 at the exact time listed above.

But there’s something extra this week. Bungie is giving us Double Infamy in Gambit this week, meaning that your Infamy Rank will increase exponentially at double the rate for the next week, with Triple Infamy coming into effect on November 23.

Will I Be Logged Out After the Destiny 2 Weekly Reset?

Not to worry. You can still partake in any and all activities while the Destiny 2 weekly reset changes take hold. However, the same can’t be said for next week, November 27. A large update is coming to herald the new season, and you will need to check back here then to see if you’ll be logged out after the refresh. This week, though, you’re safe. Phew.
