Ah, request and fetch quests in open-world games, where would we be without them? The Red Dead Redemption 2 pocket mirror location has been bugging players for a couple of weeks now. What is the pocket mirror request quest? Where is the pocket mirror for Molly? You’ll need to finish this quest if you’re after the Errand Boy trophy/achievement.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Pocket Mirror – What is the Quest?
As stated above, you’ll need to find a pocket mirror and give it to camping friend Molly in order to finish the fetch quest. You’ll be granted the quest during Chapter 3, but you can find the pocket mirror beforehand if you know its location. Finishing it will award you with completing one stage towards the Errand Boy trophy/achievement, of which you need to finish five. Completing the task will also net you with an item as a reward and some more money is thrown into your camp’s donation box thanks to Molly’s increased morale.
It’s a difficult item to find, however, so you’ll want to pay attention to the details below if you want to find it.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Pocket Mirror – Location
As you can see from the image above, you’ll find the pocket mirror within the bottom right-hand corner of Grizzlies East. You’ll need a little more detail than that to find it, however. If you head to the area highlighted above, you should see a cabin named Martha’s Swain. This is to the south-east of O’Creagh’s Run. It gets a little complicated here, so bear with us. You’ll need to follow these steps in order to find the pocket mirror once you have found Martha’s Swain:
- Enter the cabin’s green door.
- Once inside, turn to the left and enter through the door that goes into the bedroom.
- Head over to the blue nightstand inside the bedroom.
- The pocket mirror is on top of the blue nightstand.
Once you have found the pocket mirror simply return to Molly at your camp and hand over the item (a tap of Y or Triangle should do it) to finish the quest.
