The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout Private Beta is all that Battle Royale fans are talking about right now, but not everyone can join in. That begs the question about whether there be a Blackout Open Beta. A lot of people have only experienced the Beta vicariously through players who managed to secure themselves a slot. The PlayStation 4 exclusive Beta is currently running, and the Xbox One Beta will run from September 14, alongside the PC Early Access Beta. However, these are all private. There must be some way to join the Blackout Open Beta, right?
Black Ops 4 Blackout Open Beta: Will There Be a Blackout Open Beta?
The PlayStation 4 Exclusive Beta is private, and is therefore restricted to a certain number of players. When the Xbox One Beta starts alongside it, it too will be private. However, although the first day on PC is designated as “Early Access,” the following day, September 15, will see the PC Beta become open. Therefore, if you didn’t get a place in any of the Private Betas, you can join in on the action by entering the PC’s open one.
