Fortnite Dance Off Challenge: How to Dance Off With Another Player Near Loot Lake

One Fortnite Week 9 Challenge is going to task you with having a bit of a boogie. “How to dance off with another player near Loot Lake” may seem pretty obvious, but the Fortnite Dance Off Challenge has echoes in a previous task which means you’re probably going to have to dance near a certain location in Loot Lake. Thankfully, we’ve zeroed that down for you. Here’s the exact dance off with another player near Loot Lake location.

Fortnite Dance Off With Another Player Near Loot Lake Challenge Location

Think back to Fortnite season 4. Remember the “Raise the Disco Ball” challenge? It looks like we might be re-visiting it for the purposes of a dance off with another player near Loot Lake. The map above shows the exact location; once you get there, two buildings will await: head into one of them to see a dilapidated dance floor and, we think, this is going to be the location for you to shake what your momma gave ya.

While this hasn’t been confirmed by Epic yet, it certainly makes sense. This is the only place near Loot Lake that even makes a lick of sense when taking into account this Fortnite Week 9 Challenge. Additionally, Epic has gone to the same well several times when it comes to re-using challenges, and it might be the same case here.

The one question mark here will be the “dance off”. While there’s probably not going to be a scoreboard a la the Fortnite Clay Pigeons challenge, you may need one or more dance partners to even begin the dance off with another player near Loot Lake challenge, so bear that in mind.

How to Dance in Fortnite

If you’re unsure how to dance, it’s simple enough: a press of down on the d-pad on either PS4 or Xbox One, or tap B on PC, will have you doing whatever emote you currently have equipped. Additionally, you don’t need to buy any emotes as every player has a default Fortnite dance emote. What are you waiting for, you’re already to dance off with another player near Loot Lake come September 6.
