Here’s how to get Seraph Weapons, aka the Ikelos weapons, a family of legendary guns in Destiny 2. These new weapons were made available via the Destiny 2 Warmind DLC. Overall there are four Seraph weapons in Destiny 2: the hand cannon (received after completing the main story), the submachine gun, sniper rifle, and shotgun. The latter three weapons are earned, in short, through Escalation Protocol. Below are the detailed steps.
Destiny 2 Seraph Weapons: Earn Seven Rasputin Key Fragments
Fragments can be earned by playing PvE modes: Heroic Strikes or Heroic Adventures. Both work although the latter is your safest bet because Heroic Adventures results in two fragments each time you complete it. These modes are available daily and you’ll need to earn a total of seven key fragments.
Destiny 2 Seraph Weapons: Encrypted Cache Key
To receive the Encrypted Cache key visit Mars and turn in your seven key fragments to Ana Bray. On its own the Encrypted Cache Key is useless but you’ll need it to advance on this quest for the remaining Seraph weapons.
Destiny 2 Seraph Weapons: Escalation Protocol
Now that you have the Encrypted Cache Key your next step is to undergo Escalation Protocol, a public event on Mars. This seven wave horde mode is brutal and recommended to be done once players are at 370 Light Level. Upon completing all the waves you’ll face the final boss.
Destiny 2 Seraph Weapons: Beat the Boss
The boss is no easy feat either but it is switched up on a weekly basis so any failures you endure will at least have some variety to them. Beating the boss will reward you with a Decrypted Cache Key and a special loot box which is opened with said key.
At last, the loot box will include legendary and exotic items including one of the following three Seraph weapons: the Submachine Gun, Sniper Rifle, or Shotgun.

The PC Version Will Be Blizzard Desktop App Exclusive
For the first time in Destiny history, it will embrace PC. While that's worthy of celebration, it has been confirmed that Activision will partner with Blizzard to bring Destiny 2 exclusively to the Blizzard Desktop App, formerly known as Battle.net. This has upset a large number of PC gamers who were expecting to be able to buy and play the game on Steam where most of their games are located.

No Dedicated Servers
Despite being the most financially successful new franchise of the generation, Destiny seems to like cutting corners when it comes to servers. Continuing in the footsteps of its predecessor it will not have dedicated servers, not even on PC. This means that all connections will be host using peer-to-peer connectivity, completely reliant on the connectivity of its player base. -
3 Familiar Classes
Given that many considered the original Destiny to be "rushed", it was only natural to expect additional playable classes in its sequel. Surprisingly, Bungie has decided to stick with only three, consisting of Hunter, Warlock, and Titan. Equally as surprising, most of the same abilities will be carried over, although there will be some new ones. -
30 FPS, Except On PC
PC gamers are going to have a significant perk in the way of framerate, as all console versions will be 30 FPS locked. Even the Project Scorpio and PS4 Pro versions won't be able to push beyond this limit. Meanwhile, the PC version will enjoy up to 60 FPS. For a game that's about moving and shooting in a fast-paced environment, that's a major detail. -
Weapon Classification Changes
Bungie has completely revamped weapon classifications in Destiny 2. This time around, all the following are considered heavy weapons:rn -
