Dead Rising 2: Off the Records Will Help Capcom Suck Your Wallet Dry

As if there wasn't enough Capcom news today already, now we find out that we'll be getting a new version of Dead Rising 2. This time you'll take on the role of Dead Rising's classic journalist hero, Frank West in a retelling of 2's story. It's all about how Frank would've handled things differently than Chuck Greene and will feature new areas to explore, new enemies and new weapons, along with enhancements to the co-op and save systems. Basically, it's the equivalent of them coming out with Super Street Fighter IV a year after Street Fighter IV came out. I think I'm going to start waiting a year before I buy any Capcom games from here on out.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Records will hit stores in Fall 2011 on 360, PS3 and PC. Is it just me, or does Frank look like he's put on a few pounds?
