The above low-quality image purports that the Wii U sequel for Super Smash Bros. will be called Super Smash Bros. Universe.
The image has been surging on Reddit by user Hector-Kur but originates from 4chan, so the legitimacy is questionable. I actually think using the U with the blue background within the title is a little tacky, but the sheet does look like a fact sheet we would receive from Nintendo.
Series creator Mashiro Sakurai has stated that they won't be working on the next Super Smash Bros. until he's done with Kid Icarus: Uprising, but it is certain the title will be on both Wii U and 3DS. Whether that means it will be cross-platform is not certain yet.
