Rumor: Nintendo Not Bringing Devil’s Third to North America

While Devil's Third is set to release in both Japan and Europe next month, Valhalla Game Studios' mature-rated Wii U exclusive still doesn't have a North American launch date. What is even more puzzling, is that E3 2015 came and went with no mention of the title from NoA at all.

Apparently, that's because Nintendo of America has decided against bringing it to the United States due to concerns over the game's quality. According to a report from Unseen64, Valhalla will now have to seek out a different publisher if they want to release the game in North America.

Bear in mind that Nintendo of America has yet to confirm the status of Devil's Third for those in the States, so take this report with a grain of salt.
