Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Delayed

Capcom has announced the release of Resident Evil: Revelations 2 has been pushed back a week. According to the publisher, the extra time is needed for "polishing work and gameplay optimization."

The first chapter in Capcom's episodic game series was initially supposed to launch on February 17, but will now be available on February 24. Each subsequent episode will roll out on a weekly basis, with the fourth and final chapter arriving on March 18. At that time, a retail release containing the complete experience will be available as well.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. For more on this episodic horror adventure, check out our preview.
